Once again, the Cal men's basketball team found itself in a first-half slump and managed to find itself trailing Utah 22-14 in the first half, but by turning up the defensive intensity, they were able to close with a 20-2 to finish up the half with a 34-24 lead and more or less coast to a 64-46 win.
