Polish big man Przemyslaw Karnowski -

This guy's name is harder to spell than Saulius Kuzminskas.
Karnowski looks big, ugly, white, and Polish. Like a good, solid Montgomery type of big man in the mold of David Harbour, Andy Poppink, Mark Seaton, and Pete Sauer. I like it.
Montgomery takes offseason trips to other colleges to pick the brains of successful coaches and learn things that good programs do. I believe he went to Wisconsin-Green Bay this last offseason. He learned about the value of recruiting guys named "Something-ski" and the "heavy screen".

They'd love to have him.
I think he could really change the arc of our basketball program. A front line rotation of Karnowski, Solomon, Kravish, Behrens, Rodriguez and Thurman would be pretty good, don't you think? Sorry, Bak is a great kid but he shouldn't play more than 1-2 minutes per game (unless something magically clicks this summer).
We had the Israeli Flash (Tamir), I hope we can get the Polish Rifle (with all due respect to Ron Jaworski).

Ditto. A big kid with skills enough to demand a double team would be a HUGE factor in taking things to the next level with the current pipeline (and possible pipeline with a J. Bird)
Karnowski would be a great addition, a very big man (in 2011 he measured 6'11.25 w/o shoes, and 279lb) and reportedly good skills. If we do get him it would create an interesting lineup question, do you start him alongside Solomon?

Wow if we did that would be a huge team (with Crabbe at the 3, Kreklow at the 2 and Cobbs at the 1). Lots of length. Please let's get him LOL!!! Even better would be Upshaw.

But can he fix busted databases?
"And beneath his pessimism, his bleak conviction that all the machinery was rigged against him, at the bottom of his soul was a faith that he was going to outwit it, that by carefully watching the signs he was going to know when to dodge and be spared. It was fatalism with a loophole, and all you had to do to make it work was never miss a sign. Survival by coordination, as it were. The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but to those who can see it coming and jump aside."-HT

I doubt Kravish will not be starting in any of the next 3 years.

I think Kravish will likely start but he isn't going to be a good defender at the 3 spot and you lose shooting range if its Kravish instead of Kreklow or Crabbe. If Karnowski came in with a good offensive game I think you start him at the 5 with Solomon at the 4 and Kravish plays a lot as the first post sub.
