General question -- when more and more interviews are done by email, should the interviewer mention that, or is it becoming the norm so needn't be noted? Email interviews are different, since they give the interviewee time to craft the answers exactly as they want. I was wondering if this was live, and then started thinking that maybe you can't know these days.
