Winfred Roberson, the current Superintendent of Davis schools, played fullback at Cal when Joe Kapp was the coach and Marc Hicks was the tailback. Hicks now works for Roberson in the district administration. Yesterday the Davis Enterprise published an interview with Roberson talking about his Cal days. Here is a link:

That's a great story. Roberson is a great Bear. Loved that he was wearing a Cal shirt at 6 am.
